Did I hear the other day that there is a Connect:Direct "clone" out there somewhere? (No disagreement with the answer below. C:D uses a proprietary protocol that has its roots in SNA.) Charles <SNIPPAGE> Yes, kinda, maybe. There was a C:D system (I forgot the platform) that was sold off years ago. They have recently contacted "us" and where those talks have gone, I do not know.
