If application code changes were necessary to make use of the longer 
parameters, then there would be no System Integrity concern, and no need for 
the new longparm binder/link-editor attribute.

Ergo, since there is a System Integrity concern, and a new longparm attribute, 
there are no application code changes necessary to use this function :)
