"Members with ISPF statistics are marked with 'no-stat'" should of course have said "Members without ISPF statistics are marked with 'no-stat'" doc will be fixed asap
Re FAMS, the dialog uses whatever PDS86 provides as timestamp. The SETDatadif command compares all members in both libraries using SUPERC, marks lines where member data differ with 'datadif' in pink.
