As I said, I haven't read the announcement detail. And I still haven't. But, 
further think leads me to realize that instream data is a JESx thing, and the 
support for instream data for PROCs may be limited to JESx, and my concern is 
therefore moot. 

But, I can see where instream data to PROCs submitted via MSTR could be a 
useful feature.
