I used to have a FAXed or Xeroxed copy of this but I now cannot find it. It was a spoof typewritten memo on IBM letterhead purporting to set out a new all-IBM password policy. It had all of the usual stuff: at least one of these, at least one of those, none of this, but carried to absurd extremes. The punchline was that the memo ended with "There is only one password that meets all of these requirements. Contact your manager to be issued the password."
If anyone had a copy I would be grateful. The timeframe must have been the seventies or eighties.
