Seymour, I have been looking thru my collection of PDFs from IBM and have noticed that several different versions of PDF generators have been used. It also appears that the persons generating the PDFs from older BOOKMASTER/GML formats used many different programs. I am wondering if the tagging is a parameter to the generators that some people might or might not have set.
