That's exactly what we suggest to our Syzygy Automation Suite product sites. They start automation SUB=MSTR, and then set a script entry that starts it up again and ends the one that it's currently executing under when JES is successfully up and executing. I don't see any reason why Netview couldn't do the same thing.
