Ok I got it but what is the interrupt code for a IRB
I mean I was looking at my PRB which was the one before IRB RB and RBINTCOD
was x’020008’

The PSW pointed to 1 instruction after the BALR 14,13 after the release
lock

Which makes sense after the lock is released the IRB can be dispatched
