AFAIK, LU6.2 will not be affected.

The drop of support does not cover SNA higher level functionality, just physical layer. So the change is from OSA OSE native SNA to Enterprise Extender, which means SNA over IP.
Note: mainframe is last platform still supporting that layer.
Microsoft HIS aka SNA Server no longer support native SNA.
