It is documented for RACDCERT, the TSO command with which I am most familiar, and my *impression* is that it is the TSO parser that does this, not RACF certificate processing per se. "If you specify more than one RACDCERT function, only the last specified function is processed. Extraneous keywords that are not related to the function being performed are ignored."
