We don't have enough for a WSAG. Are we being dragged down another rabbit hole?
First, it's a S0C4. Now S0C4 pic 4. Eventually we'll get the knowing the
instruction and other very basic S0C4 debug information.

Discussing S0C4-4 causes is taking a big leap. We're assuming dump summary but
maybe he got it from the console or ???. Maybe he's seeing a S0C4 in abend
recovery. Maybe he has a bad alet. How about a wild branch. Maybe AMODE 64
using 31-bit instructions.

Anything useful would be greatly appreciated.
