The whole email industry has embraced a number of aggressive spam-prevention measures, and it's all harder when comes to distribution lists. Notice that many subscribers now show up as /randomhex/-dmarc-request@/server/./fqdn/. That's just one effect.

I second what Phil says: go via email.
Maybe you are in fact doing so, but "same interface I'm using here" hints that maybe you're using a different tool or protocol? (Not wanting to give you more grief.) Many web based email interfaces present authentication challenges. Long story.

I would ask the list managers to enable attachments, or to at least allow PGP signatures (which are delivered as attachments) if the server software can be that selective. (Stripping attachments and/or rejecting messages with attachments is yet another example of the new "security" measures.)

Submit via email instead, maybe? Those gateways have always been flaky. I know

Subject: Issues Posting in IBMVM Listserv?

All,

I subscribe to IBMVM Listserv and have been able to do posts in past, but
recently when I try and post via same interface I'm using here (after logging
in) for IBMVM, the posting acts as if it has been submitted but never shows up
in Listserv message list?

Is there someone who really understands listserv or some sort of support so I
can get this resolved?

Thanks,
Steve Estle
