External Message: Use Caution The whole email industry has embraced a number of aggressive spam-prevention measures, and it's all harder when comes to distribution lists. Notice that many subscribers now show up as /randomhex/-dmarc-request@/server/./fqdn/. That's just one effect. I second what Phil says: go via email. Maybe you are in fact doing so, but "same interface I'm using here" hints that maybe you're using a different tool or protocol? (Not wanting to give you more grief.) Many web based email interfaces present authentication challenges. Long story. Related: I would ask the list managers to enable attachments, or to at least allow PGP signatures (which are delivered as attachments) if the server software can be that selective. (Stripping attachments and/or rejecting messages with attachments is yet another example of the new "security" measures.) -- Rick Troth, CISSP and rogue system programmer; <>< On 8/14/25 12:42 PM, Phil Smith III wrote: > Submit via email instead, maybe?
