Ok, not really, but "railroad tracks" always make me think of the Trolley 
Problem.

It's been a while, but shouldn't the NOCICS be on the "mainline" there? A nit, 
probably not even worth an RCF; I'm just trying to check my understanding of 
these diagrams.
