Has anyone seen this error before and found that it is *not* that the RACF subsystem had not been started/activated (per SIS search in IBMLINK)?
Any clue would be helpful. Seeing this on a new standalone lpar on a brand new zEC12. Was working yesterday. IPL'ed...no joy...same problem.
