I suggest you monitor paging and %full of the local pagedatasets. You should have a robust paging configuration anyway, enough slots and enough access paths, to handle page-out bursts that can occur during dumps. But not only during dump, but also during e.g. large DB2 Reorgs and Loads where DFSORT requests large amounts of central storage from z/OS, and z/OS will provide them by (sometimes) mass page-outs of unused pages.
