We use SMS. My considers them quite decent. Not as fast as IBM things, especially our 3585 ATL and 3494 VTS. But I do know that they have worked on those and resolved our problems in as timely a manner as we allow. They are only allowed to touch things in a small window on Sundays, unless the device is totally kaput.
