Thanks for all reply. For now I modified my JCL to point from DISTMOD(ALINKLIB) to DISTMOD(AOSBN) and it worked for me .Now I can see updated ICHRDSNT module in SYS1.LINKIB having new RACF DB and I IPL'd system to take it effect.
