Thanks for that link Jack. That PDF from IBM may also be helpful in educating us about the terms used in this survey, though to get the document that web page annoyingly *requires* entry of name/address/company/role information (all of which may be faked without consequences) and does not allow you to un-check ALL of the "how should we communicate with you" boxes (it obviously *assumes* you actually *want* to be contacted, which is hardly ever the case).
