Dynalloc concatenate a DD DUMMY to it...? The JCL book says:

 *FREE=CLOSE* is ignored when:

   - The data set is a member of a concatenated group

Not clear if concatenating after a dynalloc with FREE=CLOSE will inhibit
it. Seems reasonable that it would.
