Well, static or dynamic matters. Static CALLs will work to ENTRY points in the expected way (previous state of program, whether PROGRAM-ID any other ENTRY was CALLed previously).
Dynamic CALLs to ENTRY points, even once ALIASed, will not do what you probably expect.
