The RUNCHAIN was not reading from the address space I thought it would. In the REXX, I did code the ASID and DSPNAME parameters but forgot on the RUNCHAIN. Could have seen it on the "LIST ...." line RUNCHAIN writes out on each iteration, but just didn't notice. Silly me. Running the chain with a simple LIST command revealed this quickly.
