That's normally a warning message when you try and edit outside of SCLM.

You can ignore it or copy the PDS to a new one and rename . ORIG >> OLD
NEW>>ORIG.

It sounds like the members have been promoted and are locked from editing,
so copy them out if you don't want SCLM control.

Is there a good reason not to use SCLM?
