In z/OS Explorer go to Window > Manage Connections. You should see CICS System Management with Cicsplex and CMCI Under that is z/OS There will be Ftp z/OS Remote System z/OSMF
Click on z/OS Remote System and hit the Add button In that popup are the Remote Host IP address and Port.
