On Attachmate, I have had problems with sessions when holding down the PA2 key to repeatedly clear the screen. Went away when we changed to BlueZone.

I'm trying to narrow down the likely candidate for it and wanted to ask if anyone else has seen this. If we have a lot of linemode output, "LISTFILE * * A (DA" and hit CLEAR or PA2 very quickly, we can, sometimes, the emulator session to hang. We are running the SineNominee Linux code, so that's a potential problem and David Boyes or Adam Thornton say that we should download the latest code because it has some better debugging capabilities. We have both the Hummingbird and Attachmate emulators and can see the problem with either one of them, so it is most likely not an emulator problem. I have not opened a problem with IBM, but I suspect that we could be seeing something either in the IBM SSLSERV code or the IUCV path. If someone has SSLSERV running with one of the other Linux distributions, besides SineNominee, could you please see if you can cause the problem. Just get a lot of data going to the screen and pound the daylights out of CLEAR or PA2. Actually, an enduser wouldn't likely be doing that, but with endusers, you never know.
