I prefer Velocity's ESAMAP etc... I have used them at multiple companies and have always been 100% satisfied. The support is the best I've ever
seen in the industry; it's model for all companies who proclaim the customer comes first. Any time I've called with a problem, question, or suggestion it has been handled professionally and immediately. I once reported a problem and the fix was written as I was talking to Barton. I had the fix in my hands and on my ESAMAP in 7 minutes! You mgt may be interested to know this: At one large company where I worked we took months to analyze all VM performance tools and this was ba ck a few decades when there were many.
