There are more technical errors already in chapter 1.1
Example 1:
 "A segment is a 1 MB portion of real storage as defined"
No:
 "A segment is a 1 MB portion of virtual storage ..."
Example 2:
 "A DCSS enables z/VM to load such data into a designated segment of 
  physical memory"
Wrong again, the pages of a DCSS are scattered in physical memory, surely
 no
physical storage is designated; the virtual storage is.

Maybe the authors wanted to simplify the facts for a Linux audience.
