If you installed the VM:Secure mods via the suggested instructions, the mods should have ended up you your LOCALMOD disk. Please review the VM:Secure TEXT deck installation procedure (VM:Secure Rules Facility Guide; Chapter 3) and ensure you have all 4 TEXT file replacements on your LOCALMOD disk.
