You can get SHOW from the University of Maine. This is from an old VM-list posting, and I believe it's still valid:

 

It is available w/o charge via FTP

   FTP host: wts.unet.maine.edu
   user: anonymous
   pswd: your e-mail address, please

Move to the "SHOW" directory and then download SHOW.VMARC
with a binary transfer (about 1.3Megabytes).  In CMS, then reformat
the file for VMARC with:

   pipe < show vmarc a|fblock 80 00|> show vmarc a

Can you point me to where I can find SHOW. I did not see it on the VMTOOLS disk (although I will have another look in case I missed it).
