3270 Programming under z/VM

Are there any really *easy* ways to program 3270 panels under z/VM? Sort of 
like using REXX and ISPF panels under z/OS?
I need to write a couple small but really needed applications for CMS, and 
onlyhave assembler available to me to do so. :)
