If you want the fullscreen interface, the PTSS CICS tranid is available with TSS for VSE. If you want to manage TSS in another z/VM, the command Propagation Facility (CPF) will allow this. A combination of both techniques could also be deployed The availability of CPF support between TSS/VM systems using a TCP/IP stack is recent, so you should verify your environment with CA Support.
