So, can you replace a 2216 with an OSA-Express configured as an OSE chpid 
and managed by OSA/SF?  As I understand the 2216, yes. The 2216 appears as 
an XCA device on the host side and emits SNA frames on the network side. 
The OSA does the same thing.
