If VMUTIL misses processing a timed entry (because VMUTIL isn't
running), will is just run it again as soon as VMUTIL comes back up or
will it wait until the next timed occurance?
For instance, if an event is scheduled for each day at 6PM and VMUTIL is
down Wednesday at 6PM, but comes up again at 8AM Thursday will the event
get scheduled right away or wait until 6PM Thursday?
