Did you put the new logo file in the logo config file as defined in the
system config file record (Logo_Config LOGO-C CONFIG)?

You did QUERY CPDISK to ensure the PARM disk is accessed?

Run DRAWLOGO on 1st level just to make sure you have the correct file?
And it does not exceed 78x16?

You can dynamically test by issuing these commands per my notes:

To reset the system logo you need to do the following:
A. Insure that the LOGO files are on the CP PARM disk.
B. Insure that the CONFIG file pointing to the LOGO files
is on the CP PARM disk.
C. Issue the following two commands:
    REFRESH LOGOinfo LOGO-C CONFIG
    REFRESH LOGOVSM VMVTAM*
Note: LOGO-C CONFIG is on the CP PARM disk.
VMVTAM* is pattern matching for the VTAM machines.

        Hi, listers,
I created a new logo, tested it on the 2nd level and
the new logo came up. So, Ipled the first level VM,
but the new logo does not come up, the file
Local logo on CF1 has new logo. CPLOAD is on CF1,
CPLOAD was accessed, but not local logo.
It looks like came up with minimum logo.
What am I missing here ?

        Thanks,
