Dear list: Newbie here with what seems to be a catch-22.
I've downloaded the VMARCMOD.TXT file and the 64-ENCODE/DECODE.REXX files from the various download sites. In order to use 64DECODE I need to have VMARC available. In order to process the 64DECODE.REXX file, I need to have VMARC available. How do you break this chicken-and-the-egg problem? Is there some place else I can download these files ready for use?
