You can get a working VMARC MODULE from www.vm.ibm.com/download/vmarc.module. You need to run it through the pipe shown on that page, and then you can unpack the real thing using it.

In order to process the 64DECODE.REXX file, I need to have VMARC available. How do you break this chicken-and-the-egg problem? Is there some place else I can download these files ready for use?
