RACF logs SMF records into RACFVM 301 or 302. When a log minidisk is full,
it XAUTOLOGs RACFSMF where yoiu can do your own thing. The default PROFILE
EXEC of RACFSMF will move the SMF log file onto its A-disk (so besides the
active log, only 1 log is kept). One can also tell RACF to switch logs and
then it will also XAUTOLOG RACFSMF, but I don't know that command by heart.
