I am trying to use the ftp command on the mainframe to put a CMS file on a Unix box. I am able to login to this machine, cd to the proper subdirectory but I get '530 User access denied' when I do the put command. I can do the operation from the "Command Prompt" on my PC. Why won't the TCP/IP for VM ftp command work if I am already correctly logged on the Unix machine? Thanks, Mike Horlick CGI Montreal
