As far as I know, no.

I was not aware that the folks at PKware were planning on turning off
support for PKZIP/VM next year. 

However according to the Info-Zip pages, (and the last time I visited that
site), the biggest problem they have is the lack of a programmer for their
location. It seems the majority of their ports outside of the obvious were
all contributions.
