DEFINE DEVICE/CNTLUNIT/CHPID are the commands to dynamically change HW the IO-config (i.e. the IOCP so to speak). SET RDEVICE is normally required only when the device doesn't answer to a SENSID (kind of dynamic HCPRIO)
