For now --   you could try:

-  IPL CMS on RACFVM
-  ACCESS 301 B
-  ACCESS 302 C
- SENDFILE SMF DATA B MAINT
- ERASE SMF DATA B
- SENDFILE SMF DATA C MAINT
- ERASE SMF DATA C
- IPL 490 and start racf again


Now you have your SMF data in MAINT's reader if it's needed ..

To fix - you may need to make your SMF disks bigger -- or look at what's
filling up the SMF DATA and consider whether it's worth recording...   It
would be good to know what's driving up the usage..
