As things stand right this moment, you will have to wait until December sometime (no specific date has been given yet by IBM) for the new CMS-based SSL server to be available for 5.4. The Linux-based SSL server for 5.3 will not work on 5.4, I've been told.

But, since it's already the middle of November, it might not be too much of a problem for you to simply wait a bit.
