DDR, in this case, works with device addresses. Since you are trying to run DDR from MAINT, 127A has to be attached to MAINT. Since this is 540RES, thus cp owned, you can't detach it. As the others have suggested, use 123. Edit your user directory and find USER MAINT, scroll forward from that point and you'll see that 123 is associated via and MDISK with 540RES, 122 with 540SPL, etc.
