Start the FTP server on the machine that has the file.  Be sure you 
authorize it appropriately.  Now is a good time to review the FTP chapter 
in the TCP/IP Planning book.  Also, on this machine find out what minidisk 
holds the file.  E.g. HOWARD 191.

Then on the machine you want the file to be copied to, access the disk as 
some <filemode> and access TCPMAINT 592.

FTP otherhost.company.com
....and login
cd howard.191
lcd <filemode>
ebcdic
get my.file
quit
