You might consider talking to the Support Center. DVHXLVL has a couple of problems: 1. It doesn't handle the "default" case properly for the message. (There's supposed to be something between LEVEL and the comma.) 2. It doesn't report any specifics of the error. It should at least relay the CP error message from the LINK.
