Someone deactivated the LPAR from the HMC or SE. That is why this
message was issued:
09/10/25 00:09:26 : 00:09:26 HCPSHU6018I THE
PROCESSOR CONTROLLER HAS SENT A SHUTDOWN SIGNAL WITH A TIMEOUT
09/10/25 00:09:26 INTERVAL OF 66 SECONDS

Deactivating an LPAR sends a 'shutdown signal' to VM just like z/VM
can send a shutdown signal to guests. It is the same interface.
