I went to the DOWNLOAD page and clicked on VMARC archive: v-86K <http://www.vm.ibm.com/download/packages/listsg.vmarc> and saved it. What are the steps to get it to my VM system so that I can execute it? I believe this can happen when a RACF privileged user enters the wrong password too many times.. a prompt that must be responded to or time out occurs on the RACFVM machine..
