Show us Q VSWITCH DETAILS VSW3.. we want to see that the guests are using vlan 12.. also - show us access list again to prove guests are authorized to vlan 12..
Also - on Linux -- show us the interface definition so we see how Linux is defining it .. and show us results of 'route -n' so we can see the routing that is in place...
