The z/VM 5.4 and z/VM 6.1 are starting to diverge. Along with the zBX and URM aspects. We're starting to see more service of the 'enhancement' nature going into 6.1 and not 5.4. For example, an improvement to scheduler lock management VM64927 is available for 6.1, but not for 5.4. This is interesting for systems on larger n-ways that want to reduce z/VM and LPAR overhead.
