Alan,
To my best of knowledge and my experience, each time you do the PUT2PROD, it over writes what's in place. So, if your intention is have multiple Service and then do a put2prod, it's okay. But, I recommend, doing a service and then do put2prod each time - of course, depending on the service you may end up with an IPL each time. The risk with doing multiple service and a single PUT2PROD is not able to backout to a level where it is error free - so to speak. The result would likely to be back to square one - since there is not an easy way to back out to a level where the problem occurred - if there is one. Or Do I need to do a PUT2PROD after the run service on the RSU and another PUT2PROD after the run service on the bucket tape? Running z/VM 5.4.
